Avance Care is a rapidly growing, primary care provider in the Triangle area of North Carolina that has offered convenient, cost effective health care services since 2008. Avance Care had a modest IT system managed by a capable, but limited IT technician. In order to realize their high-growth objectives, Avance Care needed a more seasoned IT partner (allowing Avance to focus on its core competency and growth) and a system that could align with their business model and easily expand.

OnPar Technologies assisted with our transition to SharePoint Online and completed an email migration to Exchange. It was a large project, so we appreciate the prompt, quality service we experience from OnPar sales and technical staff.

The solution included better management tools, improved security and unlimited scalability.  With Office 365 and SharePoint, the Avance Care staff has the tools to communicate, manage patient care and collaborate more effectively.  OnPar now serves as the IT department for Avance Care, providing support and service 24/7 and strategic guidance to help anticipate their future needs.

Avance Care’s new cloud server infrastructure can grow as fast as they are – almost 300% growth in staff in one year! While having the technology platform to facilitate their growth is critical, OnPar further helps by leading IT strategy, management and support – allowing Avance Care to focus on taking care of patients! Financially, the partnership has meant no need for IT headcount and the cloud infrastructure has meant avoiding large capital expenses. Both management focus and more financial resources can now be directed towards supporting and driving revenue generating efforts.
